Last Friday, Baker, 64, was headed northbound in a red Jaguar in the southbound high-occupancy vehicle lane near Yamato Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said. A Chevrolet truck swerved to avoid colliding head-on with Baker's car, but overturned, ejecting the three rear passengers, including Christina A. Duvalsaint, 23, of Plantation, died at the scene. She was not wearing her seat belt. Two passengers were taken to Delray Medical Center and were in serious condition.
